The OptiMission Home Finding Services includes:

• A detailed client needs assessment which is prepared before the assignee’s arrival
• A general briefing on the housing market in the area of interest and a market evaluation regarding the type of apartment or house sought-after
• The drafting of an agenda for the apartment/house hunting tour(s), continuously updated in close coordination with the client
• The pointing out of advantages and disadvantages of the pre-selected housing offers and of the location/neighborhoods.
• The negotiation and review of the lease agreement once a property has been chosen
• The handing over of the apartment with a transfer-in briefing, followed by the registration with utility providers
